Absolutely LOVE all of C.M. Owens books and this did not disappoint! Zee's story have me captivated from the beginning and by the end of the book I was adding him to my book boyfriend list. This story was intriguing, compelling, funny, sweet and well just awesome. I fell in love with all of the characters just a little bit more and learned that there are some secrets yet to be revealed. I can't wait for the next book in this series!!! I highly recommend that you not only read this book, but that you read all of the books that this author has written!!Product details

As I waiting for this book of the Series to come out, I didn't realize that I would totally fall in love with the main characters Zee and Leah! C.m. Owens wrote such an exhilarating story line that I did not think I would become deeply seduced as I was. Numbness stayed with me for a few days. Leah is such a strong & emotionally stable woman that you wanted to be and have as a BFF...LOL Awesome storyline, awesome characters and awesome author. My fav sentence was ....Dice growls. “That s*** only happens in the movies when they need a romantic element to keep the f**g chicks interested. Start killing people!”.... You have to read the book to understand it's meaning...
OMG OMG OMG so this has to be the best In the series so far. Now I probably say that after I read each of them but damn!!

Leah had a rough ass childhood and everyone kept her roots from her. When it turned out who she was my mouth hit the floor. I liked zee from the first story but I feel In love with him.
It was great to catch up with my friends again. There are so many questions....why is Zee's last name familiar to Leah? What the hell is Chaz? Who is Leah's father and why do they know him? And who the hell is the master?!?!?
I can't WAIT for Chaz and Kya's story and them Ella and Slade (which will be crazy!)
The annointed are back and they arent just discrimanating against immortals but the humans who side with them. Glad Zee got hit with that extra boost of magic to help in his fight against the annointed. Leah being one of them and having come from the first and strongest of the annointed line is epic. They make a kick ass duo. And they definitely demonstrated that in the book, although we could have done without Zee fighting his need to sire her for as long as he did. Overall great story! Then again anything C.M. Owens writes is amazing, I'm always hooked from the very first page.
C.m. Owens has changed the game of fey. Unable to get enough of this amazing series from Alyssa and Kane to Zee and Leah..... the love stories are good, but the creative unique story of the paranormal world sucks you in and page by page Owens transports you into this world that is sexy, funny, heart pounding, romantic one of a kind visionary storyline that raises the bar higher for writers of the dark side. I am addicted to this series and characters!!!!!!
On bended knees..... I plead and beg C. M. Owens to continue writing of the paranormal world of the fey for ADULTS ONLY !
I do not read other genres and I am a fan of this author and recommend these to all that love Sam & Dean, Buffy & Angel, and True Blood.
Please, make these e-books into paper or hardback Books. I need this series added to my library to read over and over for the rest of my life.

Bitten Beauty was by far the best book in this series. It offered everything, answers to questions we have had for so long, new questions, suspense, action, love, and so much more.
The chemistry between Zee and Leah gripped me from the beginning. They were both trying to fight something that they had no chance against. I loved their dynamic and I love how their relationship played out. I did not see some aspects of it coming.
Zee is a sexy night stalker with new powers and it was very interesting to see what he was made of and to see how these powers would impact him.
Leah is the girl who never fits and in and is just trying to find her way in life, she is a total bada$$ when push comes to shove.
Dice was amazing as always, I love some of the new dynamics of the group, some other highlights were learning more about members of the group, and learning more about the masters plan. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me, I need to know what the Masters plan is and what Chaz is.
Incredible read you will not be disappointed. C.M. continues to amaze.
The world of the Deadly Beauties is one of the most unique I've come across in my thirst for paranormal romance. C. M. Owens blends mythology with standard paranormal tropes to create a satisfying world that never ceases to amaze and entertain. The pop culture references in this book are spot on and add not only to the humor but serve as a nice contrast between characters who live in the now and those who've been isolated for centuries.
While the author has used the trope of a "normal" character learning he/she has supernatural powers in the past--even Alyssa and Kane misjudged each other's hidden abilites, Leah's awakening is awe inspiring. And her reaction to these "gifts" makes her my favorite female, yet. I love that her response to each situation is the direct opposite to what the others expect.
And I especially love that this book makes a complete circle so Leah not only confronts the antagonists in her present life but also has the opportunity to address and destroy some bullies from her past as well. Not only does she grow into a woman who can defend herself (as opposed to a damsel in distress), but she also becomes strong enough to trust in others and gets by with a little help from her friends.
